Ouachita pres. to head Ark. independent colleges
ARKADELPHIA, Ark. (BP) -- Rex Horne Jr., president of Ouachita Baptist University since 2006, has announced his resignation effective this summer in order to serve as president of Arkansas' Independent Colleges & Universities.
