[1]WACO, Texas (BP)–The NCAA informed Baylor Monday that it has granted quarterback Greg Cicero a sixth year of eligibility.
The university had petitioned the NCAA for the extra year last fall after Cicero broke his collarbone in the season’s second game against Minnesota.
