NASHVILLE, Tenn. (BP)–Baptist Press will “Tweet” tonight during the Great Commission Resurgence Task Force’s progress report, providing live highlights of the report as it is delivered at the Southern Baptist Convention Executive Committee meeting.

GCR Task Force chairman Ronnie Floyd will deliver a progress report by the 23-member group at the meeting, which is scheduled to last from 7-9 p.m. Central. Floyd’s report is the final item on the agenda.
The task force was set up last June, when Southern Baptist Convention messengers voted to authorize their president, Johnny Hunt, to appoint a task force to study how Southern Baptists can work “more faithfully and effectively together in serving Christ through the Great Commission.”
