In the BP article, “Southern Baptist incumbents all regain seats in Congress,” dated 11/8/00, Rep. J.D. Hayworth, R.-Ariz., was listed as a member of First Southern Baptist Church in Scottsdale, Ariz. Hayworth has since informed Baptist Press he is now a member of a nondenominational church in the Scottsdale area.
