Election returns on FamilyNet; Land, Sekulow among analysts


FORT WORTH, Texas (BP)–Live coverage of the nation’s election returns will be aired by FamilyNet tonight from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m.

The five-hour special will include up-to-the-minute updates on election results and reports from the political party headquarters.

Scheduled analysts include:

Richard Land, president of the Southern Baptist Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission and host of the syndicated “Richard Land Live!” radio broadcast.

Jay Sekulow, chief counsel for the American Center for Law and Justice and host of the “Jay Sekulow Live” daily radio broadcast.

Janet Parshall, host of the popular radio and television program “Janet Parshall’s America.”

Glenn Plummer, chairman of the National Religious Broadcasters.

Chuck Borsellino, host of FamilyNet’s daily morning program “At Home-Live!”

FamilyNet news director Lorri Allen and news veteran John Criswell will anchor the program.

Martin Coleman, FamilyNet’s vice president of programming and production, said the network’s viewers “will be kept informed of all results as they are reported, in addition to our distinctive brand of analysis that puts current events into a Christian world view perspective.”
