RICHMOND, Va. (BP)–University of Richmond head coach John Beilein announced Friday that Jamaal Scott, a 6-5 forward from Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo, has signed an institutional letter of intent to transfer into the Spiders program for the 2001-02 season.
The Spiders are expecting big things from Scott, who last season earned the starting nod in all 28 games and was named the Big West Conference Freshman of the Year.
