New IMB videos challenge children, students, adults

RICHMOND, Va. (BP)–The International Mission Board has released a new line of videotapes focused on God’s work around the world.

“Kids on Mission” takes children ages 5-12 to exotic locations around the world and shows them the ways God is working. Children can join Mr. Christopher, Penny and Surfer Bob in the challenge to be on mission with God in their community and beyond. Each semiannual video contains nine 10-15 minute episodes, providing two episodes per month.

“The Task” encourages students in high school and college to consider how they can take the gospel to a lost world. A quarterly product, The Task is filled with short stories of students serving in overseas mission projects, with comedy sketches and music videos, all aimed at reaching the next generation of missionaries.

“Global Harvest” captures dramatic events behind God movement to bring people into his kingdom. Each quarterly tape features six two-minute stories about the ways God is using Southern Baptists to bring the news of salvation in Jesus to a lost world.
