Giving Tuesday offers opportunity to support Gospel work of SBC entities

[1]

NASHVILLE (BP) – Whether it’s hunger relief projects, the seminary education of a future pastor or an ultrasound donated through the Ethics & Religious Liberty’s Psalm 139 Project, Southern Baptists have the opportunity to support the Great Commission work of Southern Baptist entities this Giving Tuesday (Nov. 29).

Established in 2012, Giving Tuesday [2], is a global charitable movement focused on uplifting organizations and communities through financial generosity. It is common for individuals or foundations to match the financial gifts of donors.

Southern Baptists have the chance to participate in Giving Tuesday [3] by supporting the cooperative work of the entities. Donations to several entities will be matched up to tens of thousands of dollars.

More information about the specific ministries that can be funded through Giving Tuesday donations can be found below.
