FORT WORTH, Texas (BP)–A five-minute video segment about Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, will appear on the Discovery Channel Feb. 18.
The segment is part of a 30-minute program called “Champions of Industry” and will air at 7 a.m. Eastern, 6 a.m. Central, 5 a.m. Mountain and 7 a.m. Pacific times.
Shot on the seminary’s Fort Worth campus and produced by Pat Summerall Productions, the segment includes interviews with Southwestern Seminary President Kenneth Hemphill and faculty members Richard Ross and Brig. Gen. James Spivey.
Ross is one of the founders of the global True Love Waits abstinence campaign, and Spivey was formerly U.S. Army assistant chief of chaplains at the Pentagon.
The segment also includes student interviews and descriptions of the seminary’s core values, academic programs and newly constructed Leadership Development Complex.
