WASHINGTON (BP) – Grace Pierre Dowey, a 10-year-old girl living in a Haitian orphanage near Port Au Prince, knows she has a family in the U.S. She’s met her adoptive parents Ted and Ashley Dowey and her four siblings on Zoom, but that’s the extent of it.

ST. PAUL, Minn. – Minnesota native Caleb Phillips, 21, had one thought when he saw the crowds protesting in his area: “There are many unbelievers in the Twin Cities, and these protests are just a concentrated group of people. I’d love to witness to them.”

Paul G. Kelly to lead Hawaii campus of Gateway Seminary

ONTARIO, Calif. – Gateway Seminary has announced the appointment of Paul G. Kelly as the new director of its Hawaii campus. The appointment advances the seminary's partnership with the Hawaii Pacific Baptist Convention (HPBC), approved by Gateway trustees in October 2025, with classes set to begin in fall 2026.
