SBTC approves $27.1 million budget
AMARILLO, Texas (BP) -- The Southern Baptists of Texas Convention, meeting in Amarillo, Texas, embraced a "Look Like Heaven" emphasis to spur cross-cultural worship and cooperation, approved a $27,149,526 Cooperative Program budget -- a 3.06 percent increase -- and elected a new president, Jimmy Pritchard of Forney, Texas.
Alaska Baptists budget for CP increase
JUNEAU, Alaska (BP) -- The Alaska Baptist Convention is budgeting just over $700,000 in Cooperative Program gifts from the 100 cooperating churches in the state in 2014, a 2.8 percent increase over the $683,679 received in 2013.
N.M. Baptists commit to ‘Pressing On’
