2013: State Annual Meeting Roundup

EL CAJON, Calif. (BP) -- Messengers to the California Southern Baptist Convention annual meeting approved all Executive Board recommendations related to the Focus 21 Task Force, adopted a $13 million budget with an increased Cooperative Program percentage for worldwide missions, and they elected officers.

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (BP) –- Utah-Idaho Southern Baptists celebrated 13 church plants, including five that worship in a Hispanic context, and four newly-constituted churches during their 49th annual meeting in Idaho Falls.

MANDAN, N.D. (BP) -- The Dakota Baptist Convention will increase its national Cooperative Program giving by 4 percent in 2014, from 16 to 20 percent of offerings from Dakota churches, the result of action by messengers at the DBC's 2013 annual meeting.
