‘Hiding Place Hollow’ for stateside missionaries on track for 10 homes
NORTHWEST ARKANSAS (BP) -- Hiding Place Hollow was born out of a vision that God had given to Mike and Susan Phillips to help provide quality homes for missionaries who were home on furlough. The couple felt God was leading them to build 10 homes and that He would provide everything they needed, completely debt free.

NORTHWEST ARKANSAS (BP) – Mike and Susan Phillips have a long history of involvement in missions. Through years of local and international mission trips, the couple has built friendships with many of the missionaries they have met. They learned that often these families struggled with finding housing when they came back to the United States for an extended stay.
Two churches become one with a vision to reach their community
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (BP) – Woodlawn Baptist Church recently celebrated their 94th anniversary. Mitch Tapson, pastor of 10 years, has seen church attendance drop by half as members have died over the last five years. He acknowledges that they had become an older congregation struggling to find ways to minister to a community of young professionals and young families. “The community had transitioned, but the church had not.”
