Please delete the portion of a (BP) correction posted 11/5/98 referencing a spelling in the 9th paragraph of the 11/4/98 story, “First openly lesbian candidate wins seat in House of Representatives.” The correct spelling is Bilbray, not Bilberry or Bilbary.
