NASHVILLE (BP) – The 2026 SBC Book of Reports is now online. The book is the go-to guide for Southern Baptists as they prepare to make decisions during the annual meeting. The print edition will be available at this year’s meeting in Orlando.
“Southern Baptist leaders work tirelessly to report our work in various public formats, including the 2026 Book of Reports,” said SBC Executive Committee President Jeff Iorg. “These thorough reports demonstrate accountability and transparency in operations and results.”
The book is published annually and gives messengers key organizational data. It contains business reports from each entity and includes the 2026-2027 Cooperative Program Allocation Budget.
“One of the biggest changes for 2026-27 is the proposed Cooperative Program Allocation Budget which sends 51 percent of the total budget to the International Mission Board and eliminates the current priority allocation for legal and operational needs of the Executive Committee,” Iorg said.
“All SBC entities worked together to make these changes possible. We are grateful for this progress in sending about $2,500,000 more to the International Mission Board starting in October 2026.”
The allocation budget is scheduled for a vote during the Executive Committee’s report on Wednesday, June 10, at 10:05 am.
The book also includes the reports from:
- SBC Executive Committee
- Southern Baptist Foundation
- GuideStone Financial Resources
- International Mission Board
- Lifeway Christian Resources
- North American Mission Board
- All six SBC seminaries
- Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission
- Woman’s Missionary Union
- Southern Baptist Historical Library and Archives
The SBC’s governing documents – the Charter and Constitution, Bylaws and Business and Financial Plan – are also included in the Book of Reports, which in addition to being online, is available in the 2026 SBC Annual Meeting app.
Should updates or changes take place, they will be noted in the Daily Bulletin made available each day before the annual meeting sessions begin.
“Behind reports like this are dozens of financial, legal, business, and academic professionals who demonstrate integrity and strive for precision in both their performance and resulting reports,” Iorg said.
“We are indebted to these leaders who serve behind the scenes to make our entities strong.”
The 2026 SBC Annual Meeting is scheduled for June 9-10 at the Orange County Convention Center.
