BP Sports goes behind the scenes in Super Bowl reports from Tampa

TAMPA, Fla. (BP)-BP Sports Special correspondent Roxanne Robbins will be providing coverage of events leading up to Super Bowl Sunday, Jan. 28.

Robbins, in Tampa for Super Bowl XXVI, says she intends to provide readers “with a bigger picture of the Super Bowl, related events and personalities behind the scenes.”

Today on www.bpsports.net, Robbins discusses her one-on-one conversation with Baltimore Ravens quarterback Trent Dilfer, in which he shares lessons learned through football.

As a Christian freelancer, Robbins has written articles for Sports Spectrum and Crosswalk.

“We are beginning to broaden the scope of our coverage and having a reporter at the Super Bowl is a big step in that direction,” said Todd Starnes, assistant editor of Baptist Press. “We are going to provide Christian sports fans with solid Super Bowl coverage from a Christian worldview. That’s what BP Sports is all about — telling the stories of our Christian athletes in the professional and collegiate ranks.”
