In-person graduation ceremonies bring sense of normalcy to MBTS

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (BP) – Two in-person commencement ceremonies marked a return to a sense of normalcy on Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary’s and Spurgeon College’s campus as the institutions welcomed their spring graduating classes to Kansas City for the schools’ 69th commencement exercises Friday (May 7).

Great Commission is ‘first priority,’ Allen tells MBTS graduates

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (BP) – Cars in the parking lots on Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary’s campus were sparse this December, and fewer seats than usual were occupied in the Daniel Lee Chapel. Still, during four separate ceremonies spanning nine hours, the MBTS community recognized and celebrated the accomplishments of its graduating students, as the school held its 68th commencement exercises Dec. 11.
